For overseas customers who cannot visit our shop, we also sell items on the internet and international shipping is available. We handle very old items, so we are trying to explain scratches and shades with images, comments, etc. For more explanation or images, please make your inquiries by e-mail. how to contact us
For enquiry and order, please feel free to send us an e-mail and tell us the product number or the product name. After receiving an order, we will check your order details and send you a confirmation e-mail.

payment method
Please select the payment method among options below. 1,Telegraphic transfer remittance through a bank 2,Stripe online payment or PayPal online payment If you choose 1, after accepting your order, we will send the account for the sum of the product price and shipping fee, and also bank information for international money transfer to your e-mail address. After receiving them, please pay within five days in Japanese Yen. If you choose 2, after accepting your order, Stripe or PayPal will send the account for the sum of the product price and shipping fee to your e-mail address so please log in and settle. Please contact us for shipping charges. If we cannot confirm the transfer in six days, your order will be invalid. In case your payment should be delayed for some reason, please inform us in advance.

about shipping
We will ship products in good faith. We will package the items carefully cooperating with shipping companies. Products will be shipped within three days after the payment is confirmed. After sending it out, we will send you an e-mail informing that the item has been dispatched with the tracking number. For shipping products to overseas customers, we cooperate with DHL or Japanese Post Office and use EMS. If you are i a hurry, we recommend shipping by DHL. We also recommend adding insurance for safety.

about returns
In the unlikely event that a product different from your order arrives, please inform us within three days of arrival. We’ll responsibly take care of it. After informing us, please send it back to us at our expense. We will transfer the refund into specified account in the name of the orderer. Each antique is one item without substitute, so we do not accept returns due to customer circumstances. We’d like to have your understanding about that.
